I Drove 5 and half hours to buy my new F-150 . I couldn’t get the deal or lifetime warranty no we’re else . They answered all my questions they called to make sure I was OK and safe on the drive down . They made the paperwork, smooth and fast. If you need a new vehicle, I recommend going and seeing these guys. If I ever have to have another vehicle, I’ll drive back that far .

I first called Five Star Stone Mountain Ford due to a check engine light. I could not pass emissions, and so therefore, I could not tag my car. I had already bought 2 OEM catalytic converter‘s, 4 O2 sensors, and 6 spark plugs. A local mechanic put these on. The check engine light still would not go off. They are the guilty of attempting to price gauge at every available opportunity. I attempted to buy a car at retail price. The price they themselves had the truck listed for and was told they could not sell it to me for anything less than 25% over the sticker price. Called to set up a service appointment and was told they dont do it that way. I would have to bring my vehicle in and leave it indefinetly until they got to it. They have to have the vehicle physically in a "line" and it could be a week or longer. I am working less than 3 miles from there and they won't simply call when it is my turn. What a narrow minded butt-backward business model. Glad I found out ahead of time.

Not happy with this dealership at all. I bought my Ford Explorer from this dealership 7 years ago, it was great. During the last 2 years the service has went down. I have gone back several times hoping they would redeem themselves. They say one thing on the phone and something else once you get there. They say they are checking one thing but does something else. I'm finding a new Ford dealership.
